About Ken Ambrose
Ken Ambrose has been in the automobile business for more than 30 years, performing successfully in virtually every facet. Yet perhaps his most potent professional proficiency springs from a capacity for clear strategic thinking and vision as well as his ability to build strong, enduring management teams. Achieving leadership success in such a challenging environment doesn’t come without a deep and varied reservoir of industry knowledge and experience.
Blessed with an astute mechanical prowess, Ambrose began dabbling with engines, cars and motorcycles at the age of six. By 14 he set his professional trajectory in motion by securing a position as an auto detailer. Throughout high school, he continued to cultivate his motorized passions by working on and around race cars, hotrods, boats and dirt bikes.
Ambrose has successfully leveraged his rich portfolio of strategies that focus relentlessly on creating value for automobile manufacturers, dealership employees and most of all, customers. He has successfully navigated every facet of dealership operations in four states (California, Oklahoma, Nevada and Texas) representing a number of nameplates including Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, FIAT, Honda, Nissan, Volvo, Chevrolet, Lincoln, Jaguar, and Aston Martin.
Along the way, Ken Ambrose has received a number of awards and accolades from both dealers and manufacturers. He was a member of the Volkswagen of America National Dealer Council, as well as the Reynolds and Reynolds Customer Advisory Board.
Married with two young boys, Ambrose enjoys boating, is an avid rider of ATVs and dirt bikes and is a fan of all forms of motorsport. Because the drive for high-level performance can never be stilled.
